*Material specification*

*Structure*
1. Steel
Kalika, Kamdhenu, Trishul , rajuri or equivalent brand. (TMT 500 grade Reinforcement
Steel to be used at 3 kgs/sqft of built-up area. All Steel designs are as per
Structural engineer‘s drawing).

2. Cement
High-quality cement from reputable Birla Super, UltraTech or equivalent
Brand( Concrete works & 43 Grade for Brick work, plaster, PCC,
etc. other work).

3. PCC and RCC Works
Plain cement concrete (PCC) works of M15 grade and RCC works of M20 grade
will be executed for various structural elements, including column footings,
plinth beams, roof slabs, lintels, and staircases. Roof to Roof Height 10'00"
.
4. Waterproofing
Dr. Fixit waterproofing solutions will be applied to ensure protection against
water ingress and dampness, enhancing the longevity of the structure.

5. Wall Construction
Exterior walls will be constructed using 6" bricks, while interior walls will be
built with 4" bricks, providing strength and thermal insulation.



*Excavation & Material Storage*

1. Excavation

Excavation in both hard & soft soil for foundation up to 4to 5'00" depth

2. Excavated Material Storage
In situations where space is limited and it's not possible to store excavated soil
on-site for construction purposes, there will be an extra fee for the provision
of replacement soil. This additional charge will be Rs1500 per tractor load for
distances of up to 6 kilometers from the construction site.


*Flooring Tiles & Kitchen*

1. Vitrified flooring
In Living room, Kitchen, and all bedrooms Vitrified flooring will be used at
₹40/SQ.FT.
2. Frames for Doors & windows Sheel

Granite will be used for all windows & doors at ₹95/SQ.FT


3. Balcony & utility Area
For Balcony & Utility area ceramic tile for flooring will be used at ₹40/SQ.FT

4. Parking Area
Ceramic Tile for parking area will be used at ₹30 /SQ.FT

5. Kitchen
Granite for kitchen top will be used at ₹100 To 110/SQ.FT(Thickness of granite 20mm),
For Wall Vitrified Tile will be used up to 4'00" from top of kitchen counter at
₹40/SQ.FT.
SS sink of size 1'6"x1'9" will be used at ₹3000


*Bathroom & Plumbing work*

1. Bathroom Floor Tiles
Anti-skid Ceramic flooring will be used at ₹35 to 40/SQ.FT
2. Bathroom wall tile
Up to height(8'00") will be used ceramic title at ₹40/SQ.FT

3. Bathroom Feetings
For all bathroom include floor mounted WC seat, wash basin, CP fitting of
Market available or equivalent brand at ₹20,000 TO 25,000/- will be used.
4. Plumbing work
For all internal/concealed plumbing work PVC/UPVC pipe fittings from
reputable brands (prince, Astral , supreme or equivalent company).


*Electrical Work*
1. All room Points
4 light points, 2 fan point, 3 numbers of 5AMP plug point per 120 SQ.FT area
will be used from reputable (RR, Polycab, anchor or equivalent brand).
2. Bathroom, kithchen 15AMp plug point
One heating point for each bathroom and one point in kitchen of 15AMP will be
used.
3. AC point
AC point for all room will be provided
4. Distribution box
Distribution box from domestic brand will be used.



*Door Frames with fittings*

1. Main Entrance Door
Teakwood frame and panel for main door will be used at ₹15,000 TO 20,000/-

2. Bedroom Doors
For All Bedrooms laminated panel will be used for doors .-

3. Bathroom Door
FRP doors for all bathroom will be used .

*Windows*
1. Aluminium frame
For all windows aluminum 3 track powder coated window will be used at
₹230/SQ.FT with 4mm of glass

2. Safety grill for window

MS grill for windows will be used at for all windows (design of grill
as per requirement for elevation)
